Blennerhassett Yacht Club
Mile Marker 183.7 on the Ohio River
Belpre, Ohio
Blennerhassett Yacht Club is located on the beautiful Ohio River in Belpre Ohio. Historical Blennerhassett Island is just down river from us. Up river we have Marietta and the annual Sternwheeler Festival. Plus we have multiple restaurants with river frontage minutes from our docks.
Established in 1947 the Blennerhassett Yacht club's mission is to attract more boats and boaters, organize events, foster and encourage a love of boating and promote the health and pleasure of our members through social interaction on the Ohio River.
We at Blennerhassett Yacht Club welcome members of all yacht clubs and encourage everyone with a love of boating and the Ohio River to come visit us.

Did You Know:
The Ohio River is considered to be "federal waters"
and boaters need to comply with all U.S. Coast Guard requirements. When operating on the river all State of Ohio watercraft laws are in effect.
For example:
No Wake Zones (ORC 1547.08)
Ohio law states that any watercraft operating within 300 feet of a marina, gas dock or launching area must travel at no wake or "idle speed." Boat operators are responsible for any damage that their wake may cause. Stay in the main channel of the river when operating at greater than idle speed.
